Ken Barlow, CEO founded NETBankAudit with extensive IT and financial industry background. Prior to NETBankAudit, Ken led development of the first online interactive financial system for NASA HQ and identified the need for quality information security in financial institutions.

David Hart, CISA, CFE, CRISC has served NETBankAudit in a leadership capacity and as a partner for over 10 years. During this time, the company has become a premier information technology and regulatory compliance audit and testing firm.

Cindi has led the development of our methodology for the IT Audit and Information Security Risk Assessment Programs. Ms. Bonnette began her career in financial and information technology in 1988 with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). 

Melissa Morrell, CMA, CBCA has been CFO & COO for 15+ years, managing finances, HR, and internal systems. Prior to NETBankAudit, Melissa gained experience in financial planning and management information systems.

Mike Ford, CISA, CISSP, MCSE has over twenty-five (25) years in Information Technology and Information Security and has experience in Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Administration, Project Management, Policy Development, Incident Response, and Budgeting within the Community Banking and Health Care Industries.

Mark is a security professional with over 25 years of experience in security, network design, and project management. As EVP/CIO he focuses on providing leadership for our cloud audit/review, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and social engineering offerings.

Alan Alai is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) with 20+ years of experience in information technology practices and auditing.

Joanne Bennett has over 35 years of experience in banking, including operations, compliance, and audit. Prior to joining NETBankAudit, Joanne held positions of BSA/AML Compliance Officer, Internal Control Consultant, Senior Retail Operations Manager, BSA Administrator, and Security Officer at various community banks.

Ben is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor, (CIA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Ben has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial service industry primarily serving in the role as the Chief Executive Audit Officer for community banks, mortgage and trust companies.

Chris Poteat is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) with over 20 years’ experience in information technology practices and information technology auditing.

Dennis Rowan, CISA contributes 30+ years of enterprise technology audit experience. Prior to NETBankAudit, Dennis led a team of IT Auditors at Capital One, conducting audits on various banking applications and systems.

Chris Shields, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CDPSE, CAP, SSCP, CAMS brings 25+ years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, and Model Validations. Prior to NETBankAudit, Chris ensured operational and security compliance for various government agencies and audited community-based financial institutions across the United States.

Joseph Spoolstra, CISSP serves as Director of Testing Services with 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to NETBankAudit, Joseph supported clients with data analytics and reporting solutions for audit, risk, and technical testing products.

Mike is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with a focus on security (MCSE: Security). Mike has over 40 years of experience in Information Technology, with the last 20 focused on Information Security Management and Information Technology Audit.

Patrick Cowen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with over a decade of IT Audit leadership and practitioner experience.

Vince DeHart, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CGRC brings over 15 years of experience in auditing with a background in information technology. Prior to NETBankAudit, Vince held roles in management, security, support, and application development within various sectors including financial services and government.

Robert Jenkins, CISA, CISSP brings over 20 years of experience as an IT auditor and FRB bank examiner. Prior to NETBankAudit, Robert provided IT audit services to banks, law firms, and healthcare providers using ISACA/COBIT audit methodology.

Deborah King, CISA, CISSP, MCSA, CAFP contributes over 30 years of experience in the community banking industry. Prior to NETBankAudit, Deborah held positions including Information Security Officer, Security Officer, and IT Manager.

Rick is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) with over 25 years of audit experience. Prior to joining NETBankAudit, Rick worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston as a Senior Information Systems Auditor, conducting COBIT-based audits and performing SOX testing where applicable.

Heraa Mirza has over 8 years of experience in banking within the fields of Compliance, Operations, Security and Audit. She has experience working on software BSA/AML model validations and filter optimizations for the following systems: Verafin, Yellow Hammer BSA, Yellow Hammer Fraud, FCRM, and Patriot Officer.

Luis Reyes is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) who has over 25 years of audit, consulting, and managing experience in the financial services industry and government sector. His diverse experience also includes risk management, audit, consulting, governance, and operational management.

Glen Sexton is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Glen has over 30 years of experience in IT audits within the financial services, energy, and government sectors.

Matthew Gregory, CISSP contributes over 20 years of experience in telecommunications services and network infrastructure. Prior to NETBankAudit, Matt's background included WAN, MPLS, VoIP, wireless, and traditional analog networks.

Deno Plumley, CISSP brings over 25 years of experience in IT support and management. Prior to NETBankAudit, Deno provided outsourced support services for small to medium sized businesses, acting as the CIO.

Tyler Sells offers 8+ years of experience serving the financial services industry and 10 years of general IT support. Prior to NETBankAudit, he worked at a regional community bank as a network engineer implementing and creating technical solutions.

Joe Sharp, CISSP, GSEC brings over 18 years of experience serving the financial services industry. Prior to NETBankAudit, Joseph worked at a regional community bank in both IT and Cybersecurity roles.

Jamie Johnson contributes ten years of banking experience. Prior to NETBankAudit, Jamie held positions of vault teller, assistant manager, and relationship banker at various banking and credit union industries.

Brian Lange began his financial career in investment services and has served in various community banking leadership capacities over the past two decades. Prior to NETBankAudit, Brian focused on branch management and relationship development.

Ingo Schrodel brings 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to NETBankAudit, Ingo worked for large, complex financial institutions in a leadership capacity, managing high-value clients, branch administration, operations, and compliance.
