NETBankAudit's Management Consulting Division was formed to assist NETBankAudit Clients with needed assistance in the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs within their institution. NETBankAudit has hundreds of financial institutions supported by our NETBankAudit Audit and Assessment Division providing internal audit, assessment and technical testing services. With the success of our audit business, we have come to realize that we have acquired valuable experience in how to best address the needs of our clients in responding to the many levels of regulatory expectation, some of which our clients find very difficult to address with existing staff or staff skills.

NETBankAudit Management Consulting focuses on helping clients in such areas as:

Leading our Management Consulting Division will be Peggy Hinshaw, Director of NETBankAudit Management Consulting. Peggy is the former SVP, CISO and Director of IT for a large community bank in Northern Virginia. She is also the former Auditor Officer for a $10B bank and former Bank Examiner for FDIC. Working with Peggy is Will Kinnamon, Director of Business Development, a former VP and Commercial Loan Officer for community banks and former Consumer Affairs Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank.
